Kirsty qualified as a solicitor in 2012 having previously working as a paralegal in the litigation team and undertaking her training contract with the firm.
She has vast experience in corporate transactions and restructuring together with all aspects of commercial law.
An active member in the Cornwall business community in her previous role as a Council member for the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce and also in her present role as an Enterprise Advisor linked to Penryn College.
Kirsty is also experienced in the social enterprise and charitable sector.
Assisting a client with crowd funding on a national platform together with restructuring of the Company.
Multi million pound sale of a local manufacturing company with earn out provisions to an international buyer.
Assisting with the structuring of a farming partnership agreement for a multi-million pound estate working with the farm business manager, family members and other professional advisors.

Kirsty also manages to find time to be an Enterprise Advisor with the CIOS LEP.
