Sarah, having worked in the residential property industry for 35 years, has extensive knowledge and a wealth of experience in all aspects of the Law and procedures relating to Conveyancing whilst also having a keen interest in keeping abreast of the fast changing political, economic social and increasingly technical issues that challenge the provision of effective customer service.  Relocating  to Cornwall in 2013 after running her own successful business in the South East  for a number of years Sarah is now committed to the continuing development of our award winning team locally, regionally and nationally.

Sale of a residential apartment in London with value over £1 million. Work included drafting and obtaining approval of a New Lease, ensuring that rights, easements and covenants dovetailed with existing Leases in the block, whilst ensuring that Lease was prepared to modern day standards. The agreement was conditional upon the offer of sale of the freehold interest of the block and service of the statutory notices of the existing owners “right of first refusal” following the requisite procedure, adhering to timescales to enable the freehold interest to be sold.

Work has been undertaken to enable Leases to be extended on both the basis of negotiation with the freeholder and with service of the requisite statutory notices, adhering to time scales involved, negotiating the terms of the new Lease.
