Exciting times ahead for Commercial Property team

Wed 31st Jul 2019

We are excited to announce the expansion of our established Commercial Property team, with the arrival of three new lawyers. The growth of the team will ensure we continue to meet growing demand for our expertise from the region’s business community.

Partner Jo Morgan has transferred from her position as Deputy Department Head of the firm’s award-winning Residential Property team, as the new Head of the Commercial Property she is intent on bringing progression, strategy and energy into the team. With a particular eye for client focus, Jo will look to elevate customer service across the team and will also bring a wealth of property knowledge, including resolving complex title matters, SDLT knowledge and handling site acquisitions and development.

Helen Willett has re-joined the team as a Partner, having previously worked for Coodes. Based across the Truro and Penzance offices, she will focus on developing the firm’s commercial property offering and that of the wider Business Services team. An established and familiar face across the region’s commercial property sector, Helen has a wealth of experience in London and the South West.

Bringing decades of commercial property experience, our third new team member is Jonny Hall, who will be based in the Truro branch, bringing additional knowledge to the existing talent within the team.

Coodes Solicitors Chairman Peter Lamble said: “These appointments will bring new energy into the team and are an exciting opportunity for us to expand our presence in the commercial property market.

“Our expansion of the team represents our commitment to continuing to increase and improve our commercial offering. We look forward to working with our business clients and commercial property agents as we continue to grow and develop the team.”
