• Managed – We deal with the divorce proceedings on your behalf from start to finish.
• Respondent – We guide you through proceedings that have been started by your spouse.
• Clean break order (no assets) – Divorce or dissolution proceedings will bring your marriage or partnership to an end, but they will not resolve your financial claims against each other. If there are no finances to resolve or you have already divided assets and you wish to prevent your former spouse from making financial claims in the future, you need to obtain a clean break order. • Clean break order (division of assets agreed) – Divorce or dissolution proceedings will bring your marriage or partnership to an end, but they will not resolve your financial claims against each other. In many cases, couples agree how they wish to divide assets between them. However, without a Court order, any agreement is not binding and does not prevent your spouse from making further financial claims in the future. If you do not require advice on the agreement but simply wish to obtain a clean break order, our fixed-fee agreement could be the solution for you.
