Experience
Chloe has been with Coodes since 2018, working across both the Residential and Commercial Property sectors. Prior to this, Chloe has almost four years of experience working in the property sector, specifically handling new build purchases.
Chloe has experience in running a caseload of both freehold and leasehold property matters which includes dealing with new build developments, which is her particular area of specialism.
Purchase of a property in a rural location. The work involved complications concerning an unregistered private access way which also incorporated a public footpath, and an area of land which was not included within the title and where the owners had no legal right of ownership.
Sale of substantial property. The transaction involved complications with a failed mining search report, where an additional inspection was required and costs had to be negotiated. Other work also involved dealing with solar panels and a private drainage system.
Purchase of a rural property. This case involved restrictive ties to a local mining related third party, and advising the clients on the effects of the ties. Work also involved investigating the adoption of the road abutting the property and other potential access issues.
