Aimee Edwards qualified as a Solicitor in July 2021, and joined the Private Client team at Coodes in September 2022.
Aimee’s caseload consists of obtaining Probate and dealing with the Administration of Estates along with drafting Wills and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Aimee deals with advising on and drafting many types of Wills from simple Wills to more complex Wills involving the use of Trusts, along with the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Aimee also advises personal representatives and deals with applying for Probate in both taxable and non-taxable estates.
Dealing with an estate with a large number of residuary beneficiaries who are charities. This has involved liaising with the charities to ensure that the administration process was simplified to save time and money for the estate. This has enabled us to focus on the complex assets the subject of the estate.
