Juliette deals with all types of estate whether there is a Will or on occasions where there is no Will, and the Intestacy rules apply.

She prepares Lasting Powers of Attorney from the start right through to registration, as well as making applications to register Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as Enduring Powers of Attorney where the Donor has lost capacity.

Juliette prepares all types of Wills including Life Interest Trust Wills, Discretionary Trusts and all types of simple Wills.

• Probate Administration
  

  Juliette acted for a client with Probate administration where the assets of the estate were unknown. We carried out investigatory work to locate the assets.

• Wills
  

  Juliette acted for a couple with a complex family situation, who needed to protect their vulnerable child with learning disabilities. We looked at the various options to ensure the child is provided for when their parents pass on.

• Lasting Powers of Attorney
  

  Acting for a client with no close relatives or friends able to take on the responsibility of becoming an attorney for their finances. Discussing the options with them and agreeing with them that the best way forward was for Coodes to act as attorney.

• Estate Administration
  

  Acting in the administration of an estate where the assets were located in other countries. Liaising with the foreign solicitors and tax experts in those countries to ensure that the correct processes were followed, and we were able to collect all the assets for the estate.
