Nicola started her legal career in 2009. She has a background in the Private Client department, and then specialised in Court of Protection administration matters.
She now works on a variety of personal disputes, including Contentious Trusts and Probate, Court of Protection Litigation and Continuing Healthcare Funding.
Nicola handles a variety of disputes around inheritance and will disputes. She also looks after clients who are dealing with disputes around Court of Protection matters, including financial abuse under Powers of Attorney.
Nicola handles disputes around statutory wills, emergency and standard applications to the Court of Protection where there is a dispute. Often these cases involve accusations of financial abuse.
