Bradley Kaine joined the firm in January 2022 having worked in two local firms in Cornwall.

He assists in a variety of matters including injunctions, children and care proceedings. He has a particular focus on matrimonial matters and the resolution of matrimonial assets on separation.


Bradley represents clients throughout the Public Law Outline (PLO) process to work with the Local Authority to avoid court proceedings being commenced.

Bradley assists clients throughout court proceedings, whether brought by the Local Authority or the other parent, to address any issues within the case, to support them in complying with actions set by the court and to work towards the expectation of a successful conclusion.

He also provides advice and guidance in private law and public law children cases as well as assisting clients in divorce proceedings and dealing with resolving financial matters upon separation.

Notable Family cases

  • Non-molestation Order

    Obtained a Non-molestation Order for a victim of domestic abuse to ensure they are kept safe.

  • Public Law Outline Process

    Represented a client during the Public Law Outline Process resulting in the social services not issuing proceedings against the family.

  • Divorce

    Represented clients in relation to the division of assets upon separation in both consented and contested matters.
