  • Brain Injury Claim

    Heather advised a client who was injured at work when a door magnet fell on her head causing mild traumatic brain injury and affecting her ability to work. The Claimant received £120,000 in compensation

  • Road Traffic Accident claim

    Heather advised a client who had suffered a head injury as a result of an accident while cycling causing vertigo symptoms that prevented him from continuing in his job as a prison officer. The Claimant received £300,000 in compensation fo9r his injuries, loss of earnings and loss of pension

  • Vulnerable Road User claim

    Heather advised a client who suffered multiple injuries after being hit by a car when cycling. He made a full recovery apart from significant scarring with loss of sensation and received £45,000 in compensation

  • Accident at work

    Heather advised a client who had an accident at work when he suffered a deep laceration to his upper arm. There was a resulting scar which affected the appearance of a tattoo on his arm. The Claimant received compensation of £7000 plus the cost of repairing the tattoo
