Melissa Luffarelli qualified as a Solicitor in September 2019 and joined the Private Client team in 2023.
She specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the Administration of Estates.
Melissa prepares a wide variety of Wills for clients, from simple Wills to more complex Wills involving the use of Trusts, along with the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
She also advises personal representatives and deals with applying for Probate in both taxable and non-taxable estates.
Melissa also assists clients in the preparation and registration of both health and welfare, and property and financial Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Drafting Wills for a couple to take into consideration gifts they have given to some of their children during their lifetime to ensure equality between the children when both clients pass away.
