  • Inheritance Disputes

    Represented the potential Claimant in an action relating to misappropriation of funds from her father’s estate. Successfully settled the claim to include recovery of the sums following pre-action correspondence.

  • Contentious Probate

    Defending a claim for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975 as well as a claim for proprietary estoppel on behalf of the residuary beneficiary who also brought a counterclaim in relation to a Declaration of Trust and occupational rent. The claim was successfully settled following mediation with our client receiving a six-figure settlement sum.

  • Contentious Probate

    Represented a potential Claimant in an action relating to the invalidity of his late father’s Will. The claim was successfully settled following a mediation.
